VIE – Internal Communications Officer (M/F) – Belgium

Join TotalEnergies' Gas, Renewables & Power (GRP) branch and take part in a major transformation program.
As a member of the People & Change team at TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium, you will support the subsidiary's internal communication activities and contribute to a strategic project aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency. You will be involved in both recurring communication activities and change management initiatives linked to the company's transformation.

Activities
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the subsidiary’s internal communication strategy.
- Develop and distribute content across various communication channels.
- Draft engaging emails, presentations, and digital communication materials.
- Create visual and video content tailored to internal audiences.
- Promote company priorities, projects, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement events, including Town Halls.
- Facilitate sessions for leadership communities.
- Collaborate with the People & Change Lead on transformation projects.
- Support change management activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to Learning & Development, Sustainability, and employee engagement programs.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (minimum Bac+5) in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in communications would be an advantage.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including:
- PowerPoint
- Teams
- SharePoint
- Forms
- Outlook
- Proficiency in content creation and presentation design tools.
- Knowledge of:
- Video editing tools
- Graphic design tools
- A minimum B2 level in English is required.
- A minimum C1 level in French is also required.
