We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with 6+ years of post-MBA work experience, with strong capabilities in project management and stakeholder management. This role will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and the extended leadership team to support the shaping and execution of global strategies and priorities.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Global Strategic Alliances team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Growth Platforms Chief of Staff to support execution of strategic priorities and business operations activities across the Growth Platforms team.
- Driving end-to-end management of leadership meetings, including agenda development, content preparation, logistics planning, execution support, and post-meeting follow-through.
- Creating, maintaining, and enhancing the Growth Platforms Playbook and onboarding materials for key stakeholder groups, including Chief Commercial Officers, Global Alliance Leaders, and other leadership audiences.
- Managing content across team knowledge-sharing and internal communication platforms, including updates to the Growth Platforms KX site and leadership communications.
- Supporting special projects and leadership priorities through cross-functional coordination, action tracking, stakeholder alignment, and operational execution.

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of post-MBA experience with a track record in project management, operations management, or both
- Experience supporting senior leadership forums, including agenda development, content preparation, and follow-up tracking
- Experience developing executive communications, presentations, newsletters, or similar leadership materials
- Experience managing content on collaboration or knowledge-sharing platforms
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience applying AI and Generative AI tools to improve productivity, stakeholder communications, or business operations
Preferred:
- Experience working with a Chief of Staff or extended leadership team
- Experience creating onboarding materials, playbooks, or stakeholder-facing documentation
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
