Operations - Senior Analyst - Global Strategic Insights Center
Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) is looking for an operations professional who can develop and maintain critical management information systems to provide strategic updates about team operations to internal stakeholders. The team is a dynamic group of curious, analytical, and creative problem solvers. The team supports Deloitte’s leaders with strategic insights empowering them with their go-to-market strategies, eminence agenda, and impact with our clients.
The ideal candidate will contribute towards building and maintaining comprehensive operations and workforce-level MIS. Specifically, this position will report strategic and operational KPIs related to people, operations, and projects with CoRe Research and Insights’ leadership and internal stakeholders.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Project Management on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining management information systems, operational dashboards, and key performance indicator reporting for leadership and internal stakeholders
- Developing and enhancing models and reporting tools to support workforce, project, and operational management
- Coordinating statement of work, purchase order, and invoice activities with finance teams, including issue resolution and quality checks
- Supporting strategic initiatives through project plans, trackers, meeting notes, status reports, access governance reports, and resource monitoring
- Coordinating across operations, procurement, talent, and other internal stakeholders to support team governance, communications, and logistics

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms supporting pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 4-6 years of experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in operations, management information systems, dashboards, or operational reporting
- Experience preparing strategic or operational reporting for leadership stakeholders
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Experience supporting project financial processes, including statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, or invoice issue resolution
- Experience creating dashboards, project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, or status reports in support of business operations or strategic initiatives
- Experience supporting operations, reporting, analysis, or communications within a professional services environment
Preferred:
- Certifications in operations, project management, or a similar discipline
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools
- Experience with prompt engineering
