The Cash and Trade role is responsible for providing high-quality service to internal and external customers by ensuring their expectations are consistently met, maintaining high standards and supporting the expansion of the Trade business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and book trade finance and trade services transactions accurately and in line with established procedures
• Perform screening of trade finance and trade services transactions in accordance with all applicable policies and controls
• Understand and adhere to all internal rules, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Execute daily and monthly controls and prepare internal reports for processed transactions
• Report and document any exceptions or non-standard items
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure high service quality and timely delivery of tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, will be additional advantage
• English at least B2 (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• AI skills
