A Day in the Life
Reporting directly to the Thailand Legal Director with a functional line to the SAPMENA Zone DPO, you will champion legal, compliance, and data privacy governance across 19 iconic brands in Thailand, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
Strategic Advisory: Partner with business units to mitigate risks across commercial, consumer, and digital laws.
Data Privacy Leadership: Lead the Data Privacy Chapter, ensuring robust PDPA and Group compliance.
Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate complex commercial, digital, and IT agreements.
Compliance & Governance: Serve as Compliance Lead for AI governance and cybersecurity.
We Are Looking For
A highly experienced legal professional with an LLB/LLM and an active Thai practicing certificate.
Proven expertise in data privacy program management and digital regulations.
A collaborative partner who translates complex legal issues into practical business solutions.
Full fluency in Thai and English.
