Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Integration and Development on the Digital team, you will be responsible for supporting Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics activities across data operations, audience segmentation, and campaign analysis.
- Support customer data onboarding, transformation, validation, and maintenance across multiple data sources and platforms
- Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot data issues, and document business logic to support accurate and consistent operations
- Build and analyze audience segments, support ad hoc segmentation requests, and measure audience and campaign performance
- Combine customer, demographic, firmographic, technographic, digital behavior, and transactional data to generate business insights
- Partner with analytics, data, and business teams in an agile environment to support onboarding, user story execution, documentation, and compliance requirements
The team
Digital offers innovative solutions that enable Clients, Strategy & Growth to execute with agility, drive closed-loop marketing and achieve operational excellence. The team partners with various Clients, Strategy & Growth channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards and reports, supports end-to-end database management and reporting activities, and proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of experience in a technical role, with total work experience of 3 years or less
- Experience with customer data platforms, including Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
- Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python for data manipulation
- Experience creating and analyzing reports in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Experience creating and analyzing segments and campaigns in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Experience working on an agile development team and delivering features incrementally
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another technical field, or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) B2B implementations
- Familiarity with Adobe Target and Web Software Development Kit (Web SDK)
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or Eloqua
- Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines
- Experience with Git repositories and project tracking tools such as Adobe Workfront, Azure DevOps, or Jira
- Adobe certifications in Adobe Target, AEP RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Adobe Analytics (AA)
