JOB PURPOSE

The Jameson Brand Field Specialist is responsible for bringing the Jameson brand strategy to life through best-in-class execution across customers, bartenders to reach right consumer.

Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing, this role ensures the consistent execution of brand initiatives, strengthens customer & bartender engagement and gathers valuable market insights through regular field presence.

By spending the majority of time in the field, the role contributes to the successful implementation of brand plans, supports educational initiatives and provides meaningful feedback to continuously improve Jameson's presence and execution standards across the market.

Approximately 80% of the role is field-based, with the remaining time dedicated to planning, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Execution

• Spend approximately four days per week visiting priority On Trade customers & Bartenders while supporting Off Trade activities when required.
• Ensure consistent execution of Jameson brand standards across ONT customers.
• Monitor brand visibility, merchandising materials, point-of-sale assets and overall execution quality.
• Identify execution opportunities and share recommendations with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of premium brand standards across customer touchpoints.

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain professional relationships with bartenders, venue owners and other key customer stakeholders.
• Maintain regular customer engagement to better understand operational needs and market dynamics.
• Represent the Jameson brand professionally during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer&consumer focused initiatives.

Brand Activation

• Support the execution of local brand activation initiatives.
• Coordinate field implementation of activation plans in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
• Monitor activation quality and provide structured feedback following implementation.
• Identify local opportunities that support brand visibility and customer engagement in line with company priorities.

Market Insights

• Conduct regular market visits to observe execution quality and consumer & customer environments.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities.
• Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular market visit reports including observations and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through field-based insights.

Education & Brand Representation

• Support product education sessions for customers and internal stakeholders when required.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen knowledge and engagement around the Jameson brand.

Planning & Collaboration

• Plan weekly customer visits and field priorities.
• Prepare regular execution and activity reports.
• Support budget tracking for allocated field activities when applicable.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and other cross-functional teams.
• Support the successful delivery of strategic brand initiatives.

JOB RELATED INFORMATION & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Professional Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, hospitality or premium consumer goods is preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing or Customer Development is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of the On Trade channel dynamic is preferred.

• Comfortable working predominantly in the field.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Passion for premium brands, hospitality and customer experience.
