JOB Title: Global Product Manager – Dr.G DMI
WHO WE ARE:
As a Product Manager for the Dr.G DMI team, you will be at the heart of our global innovation strategy. You will drive the development and launch of new skincare products, translating consumer insights and market trends into compelling concepts that will shape the future of the Dr.G brand worldwide.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Market & Consumer Analysis- Continuously monitor and analyze global market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Evaluate the domestic product pipeline to identify hero products from the Korea portfolio with strong international potential.
Product Vision & Concept Development
- Develop and adapt product concepts, sharpening and tweaking domestic innovations to resonate with global markets.
- Create clear and inspiring briefs for R&I labs and packaging teams to guide the product development process.
Global Launch Project Leadership
- Lead 360° international launch projects from development to market introduction, collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&I, Supply Chain, Finance, and local marketing.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution to ensure successful product launches.
Business Performance Management
- Monitor sales performance and contributing to budget planning and forecasting to drive profitable growth within the category.
Global Strategy Development & Execution
- Analyze international markets and competitor landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and build robust global launch plans.
- Develop product concepts, marketing copy, and claims strategies tailored for diverse consumer markets to strengthen brand competitiveness.
Champion Innovation & Creativity
- Infuse the team with creative energy and develop new strategies to connect the Dr.G brand with global consumers.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of Experience : 3+ years Skincare DMI experience
- Other Experiences :
Marketing Strategy: Strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand growth and consumer engagement.
Consumer Insights: Proficiency in analyzing consumer behavior and market data to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Brand Management: A keen sense of brand positioning and the ability to craft compelling stories and messaging that resonate with diverse international audiences.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales data, measure performance, and use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
- Language : Fluent in English is a must
- Other Skills : Proficient with Excel, PPT
