Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Digital Marketing & MarTech Specialist with strong expertise in data-driven marketing, martech platforms, and audience strategy. This role will drive first-party data transformation, precision marketing, and digital growth initiatives for enterprise clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across channels.
• Design audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization frameworks.
• Lead implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), DMPs, and marketing automation tools.
• Develop and scale first-party data strategies including data collection, enrichment, and activation.
• Drive campaign optimization and performance measurement using analytics and insights.
• Manage data partnerships and vendor ecosystems for data acquisition and integration.
• Lead initiatives in AI-led marketing, data clean rooms, and privacy-safe data collaboration.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, delivering consulting-led solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, martech, or data consulting.
• MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience working with multi-brand / multi-category portfolios (FMCG, D2C preferred).

Core Skills

• Martech platforms: CDP, DMP, Google Marketing Platform
• Audience strategy, segmentation, and precision marketing
• Marketing analytics & consumer insights
• Data partnerships & onboarding ecosystems
• Stakeholder management & consulting skills
• Understanding of data privacy, governance, and clean rooms

Key Responsibilities

·      Execute deployment and cutover activities

·      Coordinate release and rollback planning

·      Ensure minimal disruption during go-live

·      Provide hypercare and post-launch support

·      Resolve production issues

Strategic Marketing Planning, Brand Management & Positioning, Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content, Email), Paid Media Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, X ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads)
