Macquarie Capital’s Business Operational Risk Management team sits within our broader Non-Financial Risk function and supports our businesses across APAC. Our team provides practical, timely risk advice that helps our businesses identify, manage and strengthen their approach to non-financial risk. In this role you will provide non-financial risk support across Macquarie Capital businesses in APAC, including advisory, capital markets and principal investment activities. You will work closely with business and support teams to identify and manage risks, strengthen controls and support effective decision-making. You will also help promote a strong risk culture through guidance, training and stakeholder engagement.What you offer
- 3+ years’ of experience in operational risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit or a related risk discipline
- Strong understanding of non-financial risk frameworks, control design and assurance, incident management and regulatory requirements
- Experience providing practical risk advice and supporting risk assessments, control reviews and remediation activities
- Ability to build relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders across business and support functions
- Sound judgement, accountability and the ability to balance commercial priorities within a risk framework in a fast-paced environment.
