MD (L) up tp Assistant Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar merchandising role; previous experience in Women’s categories (preferably Women Accessories, Shoes and Bags) • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales, sell-through, inventory, and market data and translate them into concrete business actions • Good project management skills, including prioritization, organization, follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously • Relevant experience and understanding of store needs, client expectations, and in-store execution • Deep appreciation for luxury products, craftsmanship, clothing history, and Loro Piana brand identity • Strong communication skills & ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams locally/globally • Detail-oriented, proactive, motivated, and passionate about Loro Piana’s products and brand values • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel and Power Point) and Outlook • Fluent English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
