Job Summary

Provide sales coverage support and execution for clients in Latin America. Support senior members of the team in delivering our product offering while ensuring top class service for our clients. Identify trade ideas and solutions that SCB can deliver to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
• Contribute to the strategic thinking of the team to deliver our solutions and value more efficiently to clients.
• Understand client needs and transaction rationale to better service clients. 
• Work across risk, RMs and structuring to ensure broad based alignment with client and product strategy. 

Business
• Maintain high standards of execution and delivery across both structured and flow products.
• Support other members of Latin America team and understand the business outside of own portfolio

Processes
• Bound by Code of Conduct of the bank. 

People & Talent
• Continue to cross train across products engaging with other stakeholders. 
• Collaborate across the desk to support broad business growth.

Recruitment Assessments

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 142,800 USD to 178,500 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package. Discretionary variable pay and a range of attractive bank sponsored benefit programs are available and designed to foster employee overall health and well-being including, but not limited to, a best in class 401k plan with up to 8% employer match, robust medical plan coverage with employer funded Health Savings Accounts, inclusive family building benefits, and flexible/hybrid working arrangements for many of our positions subject to role specific considerations.
