Work you'll doAs an Actuarial Analyst on the Insights, Innovation & Operate team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting strategic and technical consulting engagements for health plans and insurance organizations, providers, pharmacy benefit managers, and federal and state government clients
- Building actuarial, financial, and mathematical models that inform business performance and support client decision-making
- Analyzing and interpreting large data sets using statistical methods to quantify risk and assess complex business issues
- Contributing to project delivery through analysis, client-ready materials, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across industries, disciplines, and geographies
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree
- Passage of 1 actuarial exam
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
