EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CMO (50%)

Duration: Permanent
Start: October 2026

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills? We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to our Chief Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operations in our Marketing Department. You will be instrumental in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and overseeing administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to provide comprehensive support at the highest level.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

• Management of a constantly changing and flexible agenda incl. appointment coordination, preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Individual travel planning, incl. careful processing of all visa formalities
• Responsible for the overall overview of travel activities/holidays of the core team of the central Marketing & Communications Department
• Organization of workshops and events
• Publication of intranet articles for Marketing & Communications as well as creation and/or editing of high-quality PowerPoint presentations
• Proactive exchange and networking with the internal assistance functions of IWC and the Richemont Group, as well as close cooperation and coordination with the Implementation Manager and the country organizations
• CMO-Office Management: Office Supplies
• Support and active assistance on site during the Watches & Wonders trade fair in Geneva
• Proactive relief of the CMO in all organizational and administrative matters

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

• Luxury-savvy, hands-on personality, forward thinking and independent working, coupled with a high degree of flexibility and agility
• Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role in a creative and dynamic environment
• Commercial training and further training as an Executive Assistant with a federal certificate, further training in digital office management or similar is a plus
• Business fluent in German and English, French is a plus
• Feels comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and always keeps an overview and remains calm, nevertheless requires a personality that works quickly, efficiently and accurately
• An empathetic, discreet personality who communicates in a friendly and appropriate manner at all levels
• Well-founded user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Teams, OneNote and SharePoint
