High Jewelry Executive

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
High Jewelry Executive is responsible for supporting the operational excellence of the High Jewelry business. Reporting to the High-End Manager, this role supports the achievement of sales objectives through effective merchandising and coordination of High Jewelry activities and events. The role also ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day operations while maintaining the brand’s luxury standards and supporting commercial success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-End Strategy & Commercial Performance (20%)
Collaborate with cross functions to support team performance to achieve High-End sales targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly High-End sales performance reports and dashboards.
Support client wishlist consolidation and product matching for business opportunities.
Assist in preparing presentations and commercial analysis.
Coordinate cross-functional follow-up to ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives.
High-End Merchandising (50%)
Conduct daily stock operations and administrative tasks, including Thai data label, stock transfer execution, sales declarations, and import/export processing.
Follow up request/return and stock delivery with boutiques & Regional team.
Ensure relevant and healthy high-end stock levels and keep tracking aging stock in boutiques.
Coordinate product movements for photoshoots, trainings, and events.
Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate any delivery risks.
Collaborate with Regional teams for any product information, feasibility of product availability to support recurring/event in order to meet commercial objectives.
Business & Clients Development (30%)
Support merchandising execution for local and overseas High-End events, ensuring product presentation and stock availability contribute to an exceptional client experience.
Maintain confidentiality of High-End client information and commercial data.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Fashion Management or similar.
Has 2-3 years of working experiences or used to have internship experience in related field is a plus.
Self-motivated, observance, goal-orient & think outside the box.
Strong skills in MS Offices.
High attention to details.
Effectively communication in both Thai and English.
High level of team spirit and can-do attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Passion in luxury retail.
