Sales & Marketing Coordinator

YOUR MISSION:
Assist the department in their daily activities. Perform day-to-day administration and communication of Marketing & Communication tasks.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Marketing Strategy & Execution Support:
- Support the execution of the annual retail and wholesale marketing strategy across all marketing channels, including events, social media, and promotional activities.
- Assist in optimizing organizational relevance throughout the Marketing Team network in the region to contribute to sales targets and maintain a strong brand image.
- Help ensure marketing plans are delivered on time for all internal and external accounts.
Campaign & Activity Coordination:
- Support the coordination of a layered and combined calendar of marketing activities for South Africa.
- Assist in the management and coordination of marketing plans, focusing on activities such as product launches, local relevancy campaigns (e.g. Father’s and Mother’s Day etc..) and events/exhibitions/branding initiatives.
- Contribute to compiling all marketing activities undertaken by internal and external accounts for best practice sharing and reporting to Regional HQ .
Events & Exhibitions Assistance:
- Provide support for the organization of trade fairs, events, and activations.
- Assist with coordination efforts involving external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
- Support Marketing activities linked to retail and wholesale points of sale, including photo shoots, local opportunities.
- Help with the planning of pitches, case studies, and reports with local and regional Teams.
- Assist in following up with local and regional marketing teams for monthly reviews.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Support the production of end-of-campaign or activity reports post each activity, detailing ROI, key learnings, and ensuring these reports are shared with key stakeholders.
- Provide support and reporting for all launch events and activities across South Africa.
Administrative Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation and continuity of the marketing department.
- Support budget tracking and maintenance including monthly accruals.
- Cooperate with Regional Marketing departments to ensure proper implementation of Brand Experience strategy, and submit regular reporting
- Assist with A&P Budget, cost and expenses forecasts, in collaboration and alignment with regional marketing team
Sales Channels Operation Support ( Retail & Wholesale):
- Manage sales aids ordering and roll-out for boutique and office team; stationery, and any other consumables
- Assist with any updates or changes to the Boutique Operations files when needed
- Assist and support any renovations planned for the boutiques as well as general maintenance of boutiques upkeep, including a monthly audit of appearance
- Manage and assist with Boutiques uniform orders, implementation and replenishment to the boutique
- Assist with Purchase Orders creation, supplier invoice coding and submission to finance
- Assist with any updates on contracts for wholesale partners and Retail operations, when needed
- Assist with any updates on Retail model stock and JOOR entries, when needed
Learning and development:
- Maintain awareness of all advertisements and information about the Brand
- Follow-up on competition and build dedicated studies
- Self-development towards industry trends
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Incumbent profile
- 3-5 years marketing/sales administrative experience
- Team player
- Proven results orientation
- Represents the Maison in attitude and demeanor
- Solid knowledge of the tasks and tools of operational controlling
- Strong analytical skills for marketing and sales commercial projects
- Proven experience in full MS Office products (advanced excel); with proficiency SAP as an advantage
- Good communication skills and fluent in English; both oral and written
- High degree of autonomy and motivation
- Capable of dealing with demanding deadlines

- B Degree
