You are naturally at ease in a refined boutique environment, engaging with a diverse clientele, both international and local, with discernment and warmth.
You are seeking a collaborative and benevolent team environment, where a shared passion for exceptional client care, contributing to a truly harmonious atmosphere.
You speak fluently Swiss German, German, and English, and proficiency in a fourth language will be a strong advantage.
You possess preliminary experience in luxury hospitality or the high-end industry, demonstrating an innate understanding of sophisticated service and elegance.

What do we expect from you?
As a Boutique Assistant, you are an essential pillar of our boutique team, providing seamless and elegant support to our Sales Advisors. Your involvement spans the entire client journey, from the meticulous preparation and presentation of our Maison's creations to the follow-up, ensuring a truly personalized and caring client experience.
You are instrumental in upholding and enhancing the Maison's distinguished Client Experience, both within our walls and beyond. With every interaction, from the warm and elegant welcome to the artful wrapping ceremony, you strive to create a unique and memorable journey for our cherished clients, reflecting the very essence of Van Cleef & Arpels.
You lend your support to our Sales Advisors in their clienteling and in the preparation for our prestigious High Jewellery events, ensuring every detail contributes to an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury.
You embody and convey the inherent refinement, timeless elegance, and poetic innovation that define and inspire every creation of our Maison.

Boutique-based interview to meet the management team.
You will then meet the Retail Manager and HR Business Partner for the Swiss market.
