CDD - Store Openings & VM Projects Manager

Within the Store Visual Merchandising team, the Store Openings & VM Projects Manager is one of the Visual Merchandising referents for new Cartier store openings (Boutiques and Specialist) in collaboration with the Store Design Planning Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Store Openings and Renovations Management
- Oversee and manage the visual merchandising aspects of store openings and renovations within a designated geographic area.
- Collaborate closely with Market and Commercial Teams to effectively utilize the Space Management Tool and define macro-zoning in alignment with the Visual Merchandising strategy.
- Partner with the Merchandising team to ensure seamless integration of product strategy into store layouts.
- Liaise with Store Design Planning (SDP) on opening and renovation projects to ensure optimal and proper space utilization in accordance with the Maison's strategy.
- Provide strong Visual Merchandising expertise and input on zoning, customer flow, and in-store experiences.
II. Continuous Improvement in Stores
- Identify and drive continuous visual merchandising improvements across our boutiques.
- Provide constructive feedback on store furniture and identify quick-win improvements to optimize VM visibility.
- Propose recommendations, adaptations, and proactively suggest optimal solutions for visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with market teams, local VM teams, and SDP to ensure furniture is adapted to product needs and local specificities, with a worldwide follow-up.
III. Transversal Projects
- Lead and contribute to various transversal projects.
- Work closely with other departments on diverse projects to sustain business growth within specific product categories.
- Propose action plans and ensure worldwide follow-up with markets.
IV. Design Guidelines & Rollout
- Develop comprehensive guidelines for in-store animations and floral decorations.
- Provide clear guidelines for the rotation of decorative floral compositions in stores.
- Oversee the worldwide rollout and follow-up of these guidelines across all markets.
PROFILE
- You are graduated from a Business School or Architectural School and have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- You possess strong project management and organizational skills.
- You have a proven ability to work effectively in an international environment and excellent communication skills.
- You are passionate about Visual Merchandising.
- You demonstrate knowledge of architecture and design principles and proficiency in reading floor plans.
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- You are strongly product and client-oriented, image-driven with a keen aesthetic eye.
- You are creative, curious, and collaborative.
