Regional Client Development - Intern

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
This position will partner closely with our retail team and client development team to deliver excellent client experience. As a trusted partner to the retail leaders, you will elevate the standard of in-store animation , innovate new format to bring excitement and engagement in all in-store events and regional high-end events.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and study our client base unique to each store.
- Collect feedback after each event and improve the quality and format after every animation.
- Support training needs of retail teams in luxury lifestyle beyond products.
- Support on planning and executing exclusive events.
- Support client experience related scope of all regional high-end events.
- Assist with rolling out all clienteling initiatives and projects in the region.
- Support CRM tools training and dashboard diagnosis in the region.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 3 work days per week
- Commit to a minimum 6 months
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in PPT and Excel is preferred
- Strong people sensitivity and curiosity with agility and resilience
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-pace environment
- Good team player and quick learner
