エリアマネージャー アウトレットは、ブランドのアウトレット店舗である御殿場プレミアムアウトレットの責任者を務めるとともに、全国各地に展開する複数のアウトレット店舗の運営を統括するポジションです。各アウトレット店舗の状況に応じた指導とサポートを通じて、顧客体験の向上、売上の最大化、そしてアウトレット事業の成長を推進します。週あたりの基本的な業務配分は、遠隔でのオフィス業務1日、御殿場プレミアムアウトレットでの店舗運営2日、遠隔でのエリアマネージャー業務２日（必要に応じて全国のアウトレット店舗を巡回する出張を含む）となっており、現場と本部機能をバランスよく連携させるハイブリッド型のポジションです。

Job Summary
The Area Manager – Outlet serves as the manager of the brand’s outlet store at Gotemba Premium Outlets and oversees the operation of multiple outlets stores across Japan. Through providing guidance and support tailored to each store’s situation, this role aims to enhance customer experience, maximize sales, and drive the growth of the outlet business.
The typical weekly work allocation is one day of remote office work, two days managing the Gotemba Premium Outlets store, and two days managing area operations remotely (including business trips to outlet stores nationwide as needed). This is a hybrid position that balances on-site and headquarters functions.
