- Experience assisting VIP guests and providing attentive, personalized service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members
- Solid command of written and spoken English
- Detail-focused, able to stay composed under pressure, and eager to find practical solutions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and special event days as needed
- Enthusiastic about creating outstanding guest experiences and upholding the LV standards
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in luxury retail or international hospitality, ideally within multi-concept settings like boutique stores combined with café or restaurant services
- Basic understanding of clienteling and experience interacting with VIP or international clients
- Exposure to working in diverse, cross-cultural teams, especially within global luxury brands
