MISSION
The Deputy Store Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager in shaping business strategy, vision, and goals to meet commercial targets and enhance the brand’s reputation and image. This role involves leading the team daily, driving sales and profitability, client satisfaction and relation, maintaining an organized store incl. operations, fostering team cohesion, and promoting the brand's culture and values.
