We are currently looking for a Boutique Manager to lead one of our boutiques in Bahrain.
This role is not only about managing a store. It is about bringing the Dior vision to life, building a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the standards of the Maison.
The Role
As Boutique Manager, you are the leader of the boutique.
You are responsible for driving business performance, developing your team, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the highest level of luxury service.
You act as a true ambassador of Dior, setting the tone, building a strong team culture, and ensuring excellence in execution across all aspects of the boutique.
