- Graduate in Fashion / Engineering School or Certificate in Leather Industry
- Technical knowledge of leather materials
- Previous experience of at least 7/8 years in leather goods production departments and/or tanneries;
- Advanced Englis level (C1-C2), fluency in French and Italian is mandatory
- Knowledge of processing techniques applicable to leather materials
- Proven experience in sourcing materials for leather goods or a related sector
- Strong interest in Fashion Products, Leather Goods in particular, and Production issues
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities
- Creativity and curiosity
- Team spirit, very good interpersonal skills, autonomy, dynamism
