Senior Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting

Leadership:- Manages, mentors, and develops the accounting and financial reporting team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and engaged work environment.
- Ensures the accounting and reporting departments are staffed with qualified financial personnel by actively participating in recruitment, training, and performance management processes under the Controller's guidance.
- Drives the implementation of agreed-upon recommendations related to areas of responsibility resulting from audit findings, working proactively under the Controller's guidance.
- Identifies and assesses financial risks within their functional scope, and ensures the effective implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls over financial reporting.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; MBA or Masters degree preferred
Professional Experience & Skills:
- Strong people leader with a proven track record of developing talent in a dynamic and diverse work environment
- Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously as needed
- Regularly act as business partner by providing commercial solutions
- Ability to set and adjust priorities with agility as needed
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to work with all levels of the organization
