Team Lead Procurement (f/m/d)

YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in operational procurement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Experience with process optimization and driving digitalization initiatives, particularly within SAP ERP.
- Proficiency in managing supplier relationships, including performance assessment and escalation resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork (e.g., with Strategic Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain).
- Strong analytical skills for KPI reporting and master data management.
- English and German: Fluent, French: Nice to have.
