Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Fluent in both Japanese & English (written & spoken) is essential. French a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-unit F&B operations.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-end restaurants, cafes, or hotel F&B departments, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop & execute strategic plans, drive operational excellence, & achieve financial targets.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive & innovative approach to challenges.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills essential for motivating & engaging a diverse team, coupled with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Profound understanding of the luxury market, customer expectations, & service standards in Japan. A solid understanding of Japanese F&B customer behavior & the local Hospitality landscape, which is critical for localizing strategies.
- Multinational Experience: Prior experience working for multinational companies a plus.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
