Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics Operations, and Supply Chain Optimization.
- Strong experience leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and driving forecast excellence.
- Proven track record in inventory management, stock policy governance, and working capital optimization.
- Demonstrated success managing 3PL providers and driving service and cost performance improvements.
- Strong analytical capabilities with forecasting, ERP, and supply chain planning tools.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Preferred systems/tools: Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, SAP ERP, Power BI.
- Additional capability: Basic customer service knowledge to support issue resolution and collaboration with regional teams.
