- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Language Skills
- Japanese (Business – Native) (JLPT 1)
- English (Intermediate – Business) (TOEIC 650 / TOELF iBT 71)
