- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, profitability, client development, and operational excellence.
- Proven leadership and people development skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and build a high-performance, client-centric culture.
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building capabilities, with experience engaging VICs and high-value clients.
- Native-level fluency in Japanese, Business-level proficiency in English is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems, including POS and clienteling platforms (e.g., SAP, Cegid).
