- Minimum MBO level (or equivalent)
- Make-up artistry training (commercial application) and/or beautician certification
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics or luxury
- Strong sales and customer service mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage clients naturally
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and reporting systems
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory, spoken and written)
- Good command of English
