General Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for upholding the Loro Piana brand integrity by managing and executing extraordinary window creativity and interior visual merchandising. The over arching goal is to unify the local business strategy, and the global VM expectations within both the retail and wholesale channels, to achieve net sales and KPIs. The Area Visual Manager is responsible for managing the VM execution within multiple locations and will be required to travel. This role will be required to oversee the fostering and development of relationships amongst store teams and act as a liaison between the Regional Visual Manager, Visual Merchandising Specialists, and store teams. They will manage and support the facilitation of product knowledge and VM training of all store team members post monthly visits.
