Perfume Retail Area Manager

- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, including at least 3 years in an Area Manager role, ideally within the luxury sector. Multi-site management and team leadership are essential.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy building strong relationships and networks, and bring a positive and motivating mindset to achieving sales targets.
- You are able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, is advanced.
- Passionate about the sales environment, you act as a leader and role model for your Client Advisors. Proactive and hands-on, you thrive in the field and take initiative in all operational matters. You are performance-driven, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and understand the high standards and qualitative execution required within a luxury environment. You have strong business acumen, excellent execution skills and proven negotiation capabilities. Driven by results, you are able to lead a variety of activities including sales, training, merchandising and operational excellence.
- Recognized as a dynamic individual with a positive mindset, you are proactive and solution oriented. An excellent listener and communicator, you possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- The position is field based; however frequent travel within and around London & Ireland is essential.
