- Brand Steward: A guardian of brand identity, skilled in safeguarding visual codes and ensuring all elements of display reflect the Maison's DNA and elevate product storytelling.
- Operational Excellence Driver: Possesses strong organizational and coordination skills to oversee flawless execution of display guidelines, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement in visual merchandising operations.
- Collaborative Team Player: An effective communicator and collaborator, able to work seamlessly with retail teams, store managers, and field merchandising to ensure successful implementation and feedback loops.
- Client & Commercial Focused: A strategic thinker who can transform retail spaces into inspiring client destinations, maximize conversion and dwell time, and balance creative innovation with commercial objectives to drive sales and elevate brand perception.
