The ideal candidate will possess:
- Leadership & People Development: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, utilizing a coaching approach to foster individual growth.
- Supply Chain & Transformation Expertise: Outstanding analytical skills applied to supply chain management and successful execution of transformation projects. Possesses a strong understanding of Supply Chain SOPs and change management principles.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Drives agility and continuous innovation to seize new opportunities. Excellent communication and influence skills for effective stakeholder engagement, coupled with a strong ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in essential systems such as Order Management Systems, Anaplan, and Power BI.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $200,000 - $260,000 annually, comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

This position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
