Key Requirements
1- Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a site supervisor in window display, events, pop‑ups, production, or installation.
- Strong ability and willingness to supervise on‑site setups, including travel and overnight work.
- Proven ability to manage quality and safety of visual installations.
- Excellent time management and cost control skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Physically active and capable of supporting hands‑on installation work.
2- Technical Skills
- Essential: Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Desirable: SketchUp, 3D software, or other CG tools.
- Business‑level English proficiency.
3- Personal Attributes
- Highly motivated, committed, and determined.
- Flexible, proactive, and energetic.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
