Maintenance & Engineering Manager
Operations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Languages: English required, Spanish encouraged
Professional experience & know-how:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the wine industry. At least 3 years supervising a team.
- Knowledge of safe production practices, including safety of equipment and following procedures.
Technical & management skills:
- Ability to lead a wide team, resource plan, prioritize, achieve targets, inclusive, team player, and have the capability of leading teams.
- Ability to lead teams/contractors to ensure resolution via key expertise (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, etc.)
- Experience of CI, TPM, and 5S
- Confident in computer packages including SAP, eMaint, MS Office, MS packages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work across all areas of the business
