Talent Development Intern- Human Resources- Fall 2026

We welcome individuals who are passionate about people development, learning, and creating thoughtful experiences for others. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and analytical problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and reliable follow-through. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is helpful, and a willingness to learn new tools is valued. Students should be curious, collaborative, and comfortable contributing both independently and as part of a team. An interest in technology and cross-functional partnership is encouraged. Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
Compensation
- Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
- Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
Criteria
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
- We are open to full-time candidates with availablity from July through December 2026
- Legally authorized to work in the US
The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
