Within the Business Intelligence and Digital Innovation team, the Senior Manager – Data Science & Data Solution is responsible for leading AI/ML modelling, data projects, digital solutions and data governance to drive PCD China's digital transformation and business growth.
This role is crucial for ensuring omni-channel data is well collected & compliant with PIPL, creating and maintaining high-performing AI/ML models that drive incremental sales, enabling data-driven media performance across Tencent/DY/Red platforms, and acting as the key business owner for cross-functional data projects leveraging AI/ML technology.
The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including the Global Data team, Brand, Performance Media teams, Legal, Beauty Tech, Security, BPC Team, and external vendors.
