HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a luxury
retail or fashion environment. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current
market trends, including new graduate recruitment strategies and
internship program management. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal
and external stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other
recruitment software. - Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of
urgency. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
