• IT experience or qualification • +3 years’ experience in a similar technical field • Previous Proximity Support experience • Experience with IT support to internal client and run of operations. • Good Level of English is mandatory – French is a plus. • An initial experience at an industrial site would be a plus. • First experience in an international environment would be a plus. • Network & Telecom: WAN MPLS, LAN/WLAN/IPT Cisco, • Windows client, Smartphones and Tablet (Apple), • O365 full suite with Collaboration Tools knowledge • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with Very Very Important Persons (VVIPs). • Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills essential • Focused on business goals and satisfaction. • Able to work in a changing environment. • Ability to work cross functional. • Mobility across all sites under its responsibility (Milan hinterland)
