Store Planning Manager

Experience
・5–8 years of relevant experience in retail store planning, architecture, interior design, construction, or project execution, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.
・Proven experience managing store openings, renovations, and related development projects.
・Strong understanding of department store operations and retail activities outside the store environment.
・Experience working in an international and cross-functional organization is preferred.
・Deep knowledge and practical experience with Japanese Building Standards Law, Fire Service Act, and other relevant store development regulations are essential.
Skills
・Strong project management and planning capabilities.
・Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
・Excellent communication and coordination skills.
・Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and CAD.
・Native-level Japanese and English proficiency is required.
