RETAIL LEARNING PROJECT MANAGER EMEA (F/M)

To succeed in this position, you will bring together the following skills and qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Fashion, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Learning field, with a strong project management dimension in a retail or luxury environment
- Experience in designing and facilitating in-person training programs and workshops.
- Proven experience in product or collection training, ideally in the fashion or luxury sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-market projects in diverse cultural environments
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent facilitation and animation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Strong product sensitivity and passion for fashion, particularly Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English essential; another language would be an asset
- Excellent command of PowerPoint
- Travel in Europe may be required
