Retail Excellence Intern

Mission Statement
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to luxury retail operations, performance analytics, and cross-functional project coordination
Main Responsibilities
1. Retail Performance Support
· Assist in the preparation and coordination of weekly and monthly retail performance reports and dashboards
· Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis to track store KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities
· Help maintain executive-level reporting materials that inform strategic decision-making
· Participate in competitor benchmarking and best practice research within the luxury retail industry
· Support the coordination of sales improvement plans and action plans across regions
2. Retail Operations & Projects
· Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Retail Excellence team
· Assist in the localization and implementation of retail guidelines and initiatives across the retail network
· Support the coordination of retail projects including new store openings, events, and operational improvements
· Help maintain and organize retail operations documents and internal communications
· Support team meetings, training sessions, and workshops by preparing materials and coordinating logistics
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree (in progress); majors in Business, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields preferred
Languages:
· Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
Professional Experience & Knowledge:
· Genuine interest in luxury retail and the Bulgari brand
· Prior internship experience in retail, operations, or data analysis is a plus
Technical & Management Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
