Team Manager - Sydney

You are a mature, seasoned leader — not someone still developing your leadership philosophy, but someone who has lived it. You bring approximately five years of leadership experience at Store or Department Manager level within a premium or luxury brand, or equivalent scope at Area Manager level. You are across your numbers and can speak fluently to how you build a business, retain a client, and grow a person — because you have done all three, repeatedly, under pressure.
You will thrive here if you:
- Love being on the floor — energised by clients, teams, and the daily commercial rhythm of retail
- Hold yourself and others to standards that others might find confronting, and do so with clarity and care
- Have built teams, not just managed them — and can point to careers you have genuinely shaped
- Are ambitious and purposeful about where you are heading — ideally toward a Store Manager pathway
