Required Qualifications
- Min 5 years of Logistics experience, 2 years of people management
- BA degree or above
- Business-level English proficiency for international communication.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Growth Mindset; Open minded; Fast learner
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Extensive knowledge of import/export management, customs procedures, and customs broker operations.
- In-depth understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight processes and associated lead times.
- Proven experience in processing customs duties, VAT, and related export fees.
- High ethical standards with a transparent and fair approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications - Background in the domestic or international retail industry, specifically within luxury brands.
- Retail experience preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of documentation for special raw materials, such as CITES and Wild Permits.
