- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in retail industry
- Practical experience across a wide spectrum of security technologies such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint and Network Detection & Response (EDR/NDR) systems and Cloud security frameworks.
- Experience with K-ISMS certification processes is a plus
- Familiarity in ITSM principles and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in spoken and written English
