Senior Trainer - Fragrance

ROLE

• Enhance BCs especially fragrance expert’s expertise.
• Work closely with all departments and seek opportunities to improve net sales of the fragrance category.
• Deliver in -classroom training and TTT to trainers and provide proactive support, coaching, follow up and feedback for excellent field execution.

MAIN TASKS

40% – Training Delivery & Training Program Execution

1. Independently deliver fragrance training programs and ensure effective follow-up, implementation, and reporting.
2. Demonstrate cross-category training capability and support skincare, makeup, and fragrance training projects when required.
3. Support training and presentation activities for key brand events, product launches, client events, and live-streaming projects.
4. Continuously enhance learning experiences by leveraging diverse training methodologies to improve engagement and effectiveness.

30% – Training Content Development

1. Independently develop, update, and maintain fragrance training materials and coaching tools to support field execution.
2. Adapt and localize global training content to meet China market needs and regularly update fragrance learning content on digital learning platforms.
3. Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer insights to drive innovation in training content and fragrance service development.
4. Collaborate closely with HQ training teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.

15% – Trainer Coaching & Capability Building

1. Deliver TTT programs to field training teams, strengthening fragrance expertise and facilitation skills.
2. Coach and support the Fragrance Experts community to continuously elevate professional knowledge and service standards.

15% – Training Effectiveness & Data Analysis

1. Establish and maintain training effectiveness tracking mechanisms with a business-oriented mindset.
2. Analyze key business and training KPIs regularly and identify performance gaps and opportunities together with field teams.
3. Continuously optimize training strategies and content based on performance insights and data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Pleasant appearance which can reflect elegant Guerlain image.
• Over 5 y ears working experience with prestige cosmetic or fragrance brands as a trainer is a must.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Be able to develop training material independently.
• Good project management skill including defining clear project objectives & measurements/ projects plan, and track project progress to ensure on time delivery with good quality.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• A feel for luxury & refinement; sense of detail and service
• Able to do live streaming and on-line training is a must.
