Assistant Category Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define clear product strategy to drive sales performance & deliver profit at total company level.
- Effective brand management and business negotiation for varies resources to achieve sales target.
- Identify brand key launch, match right opportunity in Sephora animation calendar, lead 360 plan preparation with cross-functions and brand to land successful launch.
- Manage product life cycle and maintain healthy stock level, with precise forecast, order fulfillment & stock availability in omni-channel, monitor sell-through progress, and negotiate return with brand.
- Develop effective promotional strategy for omni-channels, coordinate on brand value set / GWP mechanism / store events preparation, as well as CRM program and other trade supports to boost sales.
- Actively manage brand space planning and monitor POG productivity, ensure smooth execution in store VM launch / update / exit.
- In charge of brand online assets preparation for PDP / banners / other digital resources.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation in sales reporting, brand coordination, and internal cross function communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in related domain, overseas background is preferred.
- At least 4 years work experience in Product Marketing/Brand management/Sales operation/Key account/ other related industry. Beauty or FMCG related experience is appreciated.
- Strong sense on cosmetics market trend and category dynamics.
- Great communication skills, presentable and team player.
- Proficient in data analysis, business-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English in both reading and speaking, and solid PPT and Excel skill (must).
