Role Overview:
As a Media Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of paid media strategies that elevate Loewe's brand presence across print, digital, and out-of-home platforms. Collaborating closely with the Retail and Wholesale teams, you will contribute to high-visibility brand projects, ensuring all campaigns align with Loewe's impeccable brand standards and aesthetic. This position offers invaluable exposure to a fast-paced corporate environment and the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the strategic planning and flawless execution of paid media and marketing campaigns, guided by the Marketing Manager and Head of Department.
- Media Plan Management: Maintain meticulous and current media plans, including campaign timelines, specifications, and budget allocations.
- Performance Analysis: Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive Post-Campaign Analysis reports, providing valuable insights for future strategies.
- Asset Coordination: Oversee the seamless allocation and delivery of creative assets for print, digital, and out-of-home activations.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth competitive research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign development.
- Documentation and Reporting: Manage campaign documentation, including screenshots, proof-of-posting, and meeting minutes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 1–2 years of experience in media, communications, or marketing (relevant internships considered).
- Unwavering attention to detail, with strong spreadsheet management and data entry skills.
- A demonstrated passion for fashion, social media, and the evolving landscape of traditional and digital media.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
